WE ARE NOW OFFERING FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IN THE UK.  ALL ORDERS ARE SENT BY ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY TO ENSURE QUICK AND SAFE ARRIVAL.

PLEASE NOTE ORDERS NEED TO REACH US AND BE PAID FOR BY 12.00PM MONDAY TO THURSDAY TO GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.  WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON FRIDAY ORDERS AS THESE ORDERS MAY ARRIVE ON MONDAY DUE TO ROYAL MAILS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  ORDERS PAID FOR OVER THE WEEKEND WILL BE PROCESSED AND DISPATCHED ON MONDAY FOR TUESDAY DELIVERY.

ROYAL MAIL CAN NOT GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IN SOME RURAL PARTS OF THE UK.  PLEASE CONTACT FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.

Products will be ONLY shipped once we have received payment and funds have fully cleared.  If we post outside the UK customers are responsible for any custom charges that may be charged by their country as this is out of Tic’s control.  As far as we are aware no customers so far outside the UK have ever been charged.

Next Day Delivery(UK) 
We can now offer next day delivery within the UK if you order before 12.00pm on our most popular watches.  If you have any questions please email us at customerservice@ticwatches.co.uk or alternatively call us on 0844 357 0427 Mon - Fri 8am - 9pm (UK).  We do not work on Saturday or Sunday so any orders that come through on late Friday evening will not be processed until Monday unless it’s a Bank holiday then the orders will be processed the following day.

Delivery within the EU 
Shipping within the EU is £10.00.  All watches will be shipped within 24 hours but can take approximately up to 4 – 10 working days to arrive depending on your location and local customs.  We do not work on Saturday or Sunday so any orders that come through on late Friday evening will not be processed until Monday unless it’s a Bank holiday then the orders will be processed the following day.  Please note TicWatches Limited can not be held responsible for countries that charge for import tax as this is out of our control.

Delivery outsside the EU(including USA, Canada & Australia)
Shipping outside the EU is £15.00.  All watches will be shipped within 24 hours but can take approximately up to 7 – 14 working days to arrive depending on your location and your local customs.  We do not work on Saturday or Sunday so any orders that come through on late Friday evening will not be processed until Monday unless it’s a Bank holiday then the orders will be processed the following day.  Please note TicWatches Limited can not be held responsible for countries that charge for import tax as this is out of our control.

Depending on your location we send your goods through either one of our dedicated couriers. We use either:

All of our goods are posted directly from our central warehouse in the UK.  All goods are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

All deliveries require a signature and we CANNOT leave goods in porches or with neighbours.  If you are not in at time of delivery a note will be posted and you can rearrange delivery or you can personally collect from your post office or sorting office.
